Tyler looks to continue his winning streak at another Sportfight event on October 22nd. We are also looking to get a few of our other fighters on that same card.

Bring your MMA gloves and mouth piece. We will be doing a lot of focus mitt work and rhythm drills.

We'll be working some combination attacks from the hip bump sweep and guard position.
Kodokan Judo
Monday-Thursday
Escapes from pins and rounds of grappling.
Tuesday-Friday
Various throws and grip fighting drills.
Jiu-jitsu
Monday-Thursday
Guard passing.
Tuesday-Friday
Armbar and sweep combinations.
Muay Thai
Wednesday
Head movement drills and sparring
