The martial arts community suffered a loss this weekend with the passing of Judo Jon Krohn. Jon was originally from Douglas County and was a black belt in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu as well as a professional MMA fighter. He was highly respected as both athlete and coach here in the Northwest. He will be greatly missed.

The Muay Thai training room is nearing completion. I will announce when the room is ready for use. We are doing some major renovations that ended up taking more time than originally expected. However, we think that everyone will be very happy with the work when the room is complete.
