As this is the first day back to the program after some time off, the first half of the class will be learning the basic movements that will be used for the workouts. The second half will be a short workout to get our bodies and minds acclimated.

Dynamic Tachi Waza--performing throws while in motion using your opponent's strength and momentum against them.
Tuesday-Friday
Pin escapes--not just escaping, but countering.
Pankration MMA
Monday-Tuesday
Entering Omoplata--The shoulder lock done with the legs is a very powerful tool for submissions, sweeps, and transitions.
Thursday-Friday
Escaping and countering Omoplata--We will be going over common and not-so-common counters to the Omoplata.
Jiu-jitsu
All week
Preparation for the upcoming Subleague Qualifier. We will be going over some tournament strategies.
